PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the Credit/Debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Creations'. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared .

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. If any items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable courier service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery and we can only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered

COST: All orders will incur a delivery charge of £4.50 with in UK. This is the same no matter how large the order.

Note: If you do not receive the order with in 4 days please inform us via email : info@creationfashion.com or call us on 0131 5536000 (between 12:00-7:30pm),Monday -Saturday.

STOCK AVAILABLITY

We always try to ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order ASAP. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no reply from customer, Creations reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and process rest of the order.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that we do not provide a free returns service.
Sale items will not be refunded. During sale time, exchange will be made within sale period subject to stock availability. If an item is unsuitable it can be returned for an exchange. If an item is faulty, it must be reported within 24hours of delivery in order for a full refund.

For an exchange goods should be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn/unwashed. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer, and delivery charges will be payable by the customer again once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We cannot exchange jewellery and shawls items due to hygiene reasons. During sale time, exchange will be made within sale period subject to availability. It is up to the customer to send the return using a secure and guaranteed courier service.
